- ORDERING YOUR SCHOOL OR KINDERGARTEN PHOTOS -

STEP 1: Click on the ORDER YOUR PHOTOS HERE button on the home page.

STEP 2: In the field provided, enter your ACCESS KEY which is printed at the top of your envelope.

​

STEP 3: Here you can preview all of the packages you see on your envelope. Once you have chosen the package you would like, add this to your cart.

STEP 4: If you have more than one child at School or would like to order a family photo, click on "change shoot" at the top of the screen and enter the unique ACCESS KEY that is on the respective envelopes.

You must use the Access Key provided for each child otherwise all orders will be placed for the same child

STEP 5: Enter the cart, you will have options here to purchase the Portrait Add-Ons, choose one of these or click on checkout.

STEP 6: Enter your personal details in case we need to contact you, once this is done you will be directed to our merchant to complete payment.

​

STEP 7: Once payment has been confirmed a confirmation receipt will be sent to your nominated email address. Print and keep a record of this for future reference.

STEP 8: In the space provided, write the Order reference Number on each child's envelope and return this to your School before photo day.
