What happens if I order my photos and I don't like them?

  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You just need to make contact with our office and arrange to send the photos back.

NO REFUND IS GIVEN ON A PACKAGE THAT CONTAINS A DIGITAL PRODUCT THAT IS EMAILED TO YOU

 

I did not order my photos before photo day, is it too late?

  • No it is not. If you have not ordered before the photos are taken you will get another chance once the photos are delivered. Every child will receive a           Re-Order form which can be used online to place further orders.

How long will it take to get my photos?

  • The standard delivery time for your photos is 4 - 6 weeks.

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • You can pay with Cash by placing this in your envelope when it is returned to School. All major credit cards are accepted with online payments only through PayPal.

How can I order a Family Photograph?

  • Family envelopes are available at the office and can be collected up until photo day. Family photos will only be taken on the presentation of a family envelope.

I have lost my child's envelope, what do i do?

  • If you misplace one of your envelopes simply go to the office and ask for a spare envelope. There will be no pre-printed data on this and no online orders are available with the use of spare envelopes.
